Replacement & Return Policy

At Bella & Pal, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. We provide two independent services to support your purchase:

45-Day Return & Exchange Policy

You may return most items within 45 days of receiving your order if the product is unused and in original condition. This gives you time to determine if a product meets your needs.

One-Year Replacement Warranty (Eligible Products)

On eligible products, we offer free replacement for manufacturing defects and material failures within one year of purchase. This reflects our commitment to product quality.

Each service operates independently with its own terms and eligibility requirements. Refer to the detailed sections below for specific guidelines.

PART 1: 45-DAY RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

1.1 Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 45 days of receiving your item, provided:

· The item is unused and unworn

· The item is in original condition with original packaging

· You have your proof of purchase

· The item has not been washed, altered, or damaged

· The item is not on the non-returnable list (see below)

 1.2 Non-Returnable Items

· Dog diapers, dog toys, and pet carriers (health and safety restrictions)

· Items that have been used, worn, washed, or altered in any way

· Items with missing or damaged original packaging

· Items damaged by chewing or intentional damage

 Exception: Items that arrive damaged or defective due to shipping or manufacturing are handled as quality claims. 

1.3 How to Request a Return

Step 1: Contact Us

· Required information: Order number, date of purchase, reason for return

· Optional: Photos or description of condition

 Step 2: Wait for Approval

· We'll respond within 48 business hours to confirm whether your return is eligible

· Do not ship items without approval. Items sent without authorization will not be accepted

Step 3: Ship Your Return

· Once approved, we'll provide return shipping instructions

· For quality-related issues (damaged, defective, wrong item): Return shipping is covered by Bella & Pal

· For non-quality returns (changed mind, wrong size, doesn't fit): You pay for return shipping

· Include your order number inside the package

· Use tracked shipping; We are not liable for packages lost in transit without tracking

Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Replacement

· Upon receipt, we'll inspect your return

· Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method; You cannot choose an alternative payment method

· Allow 3–7 business days for your bank or card issuer to process the refund into your account (this timeline depends on your financial institution, not Bella & Pal)

· You can request a refund as store credit or gift card

· For exchanges, once your return is approved, place a new order for the item you'd like

Note:

· Full refund of the product purchase price when all return conditions are met

· Original shipping charges are non-refundable

· Shipping costs paid by the customer for non-quality related returns are non-refundable.

· Taxes or duties paid at purchase are not refunded (if applicable to your region)

PART 2: ONE-YEAR REPLACEMENT WARRANTY

2.1 About the Service

This service provides one free replacement for manufacturing defects that occur during normal, recommended use within one year of your original purchase on eligible products only. It's separate from the 45-day return policy and provides additional protection beyond 45 days.

2.2 Eligible Products

· Harnesses and collars

· Leashes

· Pet carriers

Check our product page — eligible products will display the "One-Year Replacement Warranty" note at the top of the description.

2.3 What's Covered

· Hardware defects — Buckles, clips, zippers, D-rings, snaps, or similar components that fail or break

· Stitching or structural issues — Seams that separate, stitching that fails, or structural damage that affects normal use

· Fabric fraying or tearing — Under normal, recommended use, not from chewing or misuse

2.4 What's NOT Covered

· Misuse or abuse — Using the product for purposes other than its intended use, or beyond recommended weight/size specifications

· Physical damage — Chewing, biting, dropping, impacts, or accidents

· Improper care — Damage from washing or storage contrary to care instructions

· Cosmetic wear — Scratches, fading, or minor discoloration from normal use

2.5 Important Service Details

· This service provides one replacement only. Once a replacement item is issued, the One-Year Replacement Warranty is considered fulfilled and terminated.

· The replacement item is a final transaction and is not eligible for return, exchange, or further replacement under either this warranty or the 45-Day Return & Exchange Policy.

· We cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you

· You may need to pay for return shipping, or we'll provide instructions on how to arrange it

· If you request a replacement in a different size, price differences may apply; We'll notify you of any additional charges before processing; You can choose to proceed, decline, or select a different size

· If your original product or color has been discontinued, we will replace it with an available color or comparable option of similar quality and functionality

2.6 How to Request a Replacement

Step 1: Prepare Your Information

· Order number

· Date of purchase

· A short description of the product issue

· Photos or a short video of the affected part (help us assess quickly)

Step 2: Contact Us

· Subject: "Replacement Request — [Your Order Number]"

· Include all information from Step 1

Step 3: Receive Your Free Replacement

· We'll review your request within 48 business hours

· We will email you with next steps for the replacement process

By purchasing from Bella & Pal, you agree to:

· These terms as stated in this policy

· Provide accurate information in all return and replacement requests

· Not abuse or misrepresent these policies

· Use tracked shipping for all returns

Bella & Pal reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately. For existing claims, the policy in effect at time of purchase applies.
